History and Usage

Bred for high sugar and low acidity the cocktail tomato came to fruition in the 1990s via Dutch growers and are know one of the most popular types of tomatoes.
Like most tomatoes cocktails are versatile enough to be eaten raw or baked into a pizza or roast. They should be stored on the counter out of direct sunlight.
