If the crunch of our Bell Peppers isn’t enough the sweet flavor will be. Ranging in color, bell pepper offer a variety of sweetness as they ripen and are an excellent source of potassium and vitamins A and C. Slice them in your salad or stuff and roast them for a great entrée.

History and Usage

Originating in Mexico, central and South America peppers were introduced as explorers were looking for Peppercorn plants.
These are the only variety of pepper that do not produce any capsaicin which creates the heat in chili peppers, making them great for vegetables platters paired with hummus or cooked into omelets and chopped into salads.
